About Our Dubai Accounting Firm

We've been keeping books for businesses in Dubai since 2014 — through the introduction of VAT, the arrival of Economic Substance rules, the first years of corporate tax, and now the shift to e-invoicing. Our work is straightforward: your records are accurate, your filings are on time, and you always know what your business is actually doing.

Twelve Years, One Market

We started in 2014, when a Dubai trade licence came with almost no ongoing financial reporting obligation. A shoebox of invoices was, for most SMEs, genuinely enough. Then VAT arrived in 2018. Economic Substance rules followed. Corporate tax landed in 2023, bringing a seven-year record-retention requirement and financial statements that have to be prepared under IFRS. E-invoicing begins its rollout in 2026. We've guided clients through every one of those transitions. That matters more than it sounds, because each change caught out businesses whose books were fine for the previous regime and unusable for the next one. We know what the FTA asks for when it reviews a file, because we've answered those questions on behalf of clients who didn't expect them.

Our Services

What We Handle

We run the full compliance chain in-house rather than referring pieces of it out:

Accounting and bookkeeping

monthly transaction recording, bank and gateway reconciliation, management reporting, and financial statements prepared to IFRS and IFRS for SMEs.

VAT

registration, return preparation and filing, compliance reviews, and advisory on treatment where it isn't obvious.

Corporate tax

registration, taxable income computation, return filing, Small Business Relief and Qualifying Free Zone Person assessments, and transfer pricing where related parties are involved.

Audit and assurance

financial statement audit, agreed-upon procedures, and limited assurance engagements.

Compliance

Economic Substance Regulations, AML, and FATCA/CRS reporting.

Advisory

CFO on demand, IFRS advisory, and In-Country Value certification support.

Who We Work For

Our focus has always been the SME sector across Dubai and the wider MENA region — the businesses that are too established for spreadsheets and too lean to justify a full in-house finance department.

That includes founders on their first trade licence who need a chart of accounts built correctly from month one. It includes free zone companies in DMCC, IFZA, Meydan, JAFZA, DAFZA and SPC that need audit-standard records to support Qualifying Free Zone Person status. It includes trading, e-commerce and F&B businesses with high transaction volumes and multiple payment channels. And it includes international groups that need a UAE entity reported properly into a wider consolidation.

We’re not built for the Big Four’s client list, and we don’t pretend to be. We’re built for the company where the founder is still the one who notices the bank balance.

Shape Shape Shape

How We Work

Three commitments, and we’d encourage you to hold any firm you’re considering to the same ones.

We stay engaged after the setup.

Licence renewals, VAT deadlines, corporate tax filing dates and now e-invoicing phases — we track them for you, because the compliance calendar is where clients get hurt, not the initial engagement.

A written quote before you commit.

Itemised, with exclusions stated. The surprise invoice is the single most common complaint in this industry, and it's entirely avoidable.

One point of contact.

The person who scopes your engagement is the person who handles your file. You get their direct number, not a shared inbox and a ticket reference.

The Authorities We Work With

We deal directly with the bodies our clients answer to: the Federal Tax Authority, the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, and the free zone authorities — DMCC, IFZA, JAFZA, DAFZA, Meydan, RAKEZ, SHAMS, Sharjah Publishing City, Ajman Free Zone and RAK ICC.

That means we know each zone's audit thresholds, renewal requirements and document formats without having to look them up — which is usually the difference between a renewal that takes a week and one that takes a month.

We provide professional accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax, and payroll services to help businesses across Dubai and the UAE stay compliant and grow.
